About Victory
Victory is a church of 200-250. At Victory, we value discipleship and the Mission. We strive to make a
difference in our community. We’re not too formal and we enjoy fellowship and fun. We are a church of all
ages and racially diverse. San Antonio is a military town, and we are right on the doorstep of Randolph Air
Force Base, so we have a large percentage of active duty and retired military personnel.
We are looking a Spirit-Filled worship pastor capable of leading others well.
About the position
The right candidate for this position will be:
• musically talented
• spiritually mature
• willing to shepherd others and not just lead worship
• willing to be a part of a team
• willing to grow the worship team
Our current worship ministry team is multi-generational and experienced. As a church, we have a high
percentage of individuals serving in ministry positions.
This position can either be full or part time. Minimum starting salary for full-time is $46,500.
Requirements
• Experience leading worship
• Ability to lead from keys or guitar
• Ability to instruct and lead other musicians and singers
• Experience with click tracks
• Knowledge of AVL equipment and software
• Ministry training and education will be given consideration, but a degree is not required
