McDonough Christian Church (MCC) is a suburban church on the southside of Atlanta Georgia. MCC is currently in a season of renewed growth, momentum, and vision. Currently MCC serves 500-600 people weekly through Sunday gatherings, community groups, as well as family ministry programming.

MCC is looking for a Student Pastor who will lead, shepherd, and guide the spiritual development of staff, leaders, and teenagers within the student ministry. The Student Pastor will provide leadership oversight to both High School and Middle School students as well as serving as a member of the Sunday Teaching Team.

Key Responsibilities:
-Design and develop discipleship strategy for students.
-Partner with parents to help their students to know and follow Jesus.
-Recruit, prepare, equip, and encourage Middle/High School Serve team leaders.
-Oversee all Sunday / Wednesday Student Gatherings aspects, such as leading small group leaders, guest experience, security, and worship/production.
-Intentionally invest in the lives of students through building relationships.
-Build bridges from the Student Ministry to local schools.
-Collaborate with the Family Ministry Team to execute MCC’s overarching family ministry focus.
