Telos Residency is a 10-month graduate residency program that trains and equips the next generation to lead the way to a more innovative and engaged church. The program is an immersive experience that includes:

1. A paid position with a local non-profit, church community, or Kingdom-minded business
2. A master’s degree in strategic ministry through Johnson University
3. Living with a host family in the urban core of Knoxville
4. Intentional mentoring from local non-profit leaders and missional practitioners
5. Rhythms and retreats that are focused on spiritual formation, relational connection, and rest
