Cornerstone Church is a non-denominational congregation founded in 1990. About 50 people call Cornerstone home, gathering for Sunday worship, weekly small groups, and youth ministry. We are a multigenerational church committed to serving one another, our community, and missions near and far. Our members bring diverse gifts to music, teaching, technology, and the arts.

The Role
We seek a pastor who loves Jesus and is committed to His calling. This position begins part-time (20 hours/week) with potential to grow full-time as the church expands.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead worship, preach, administer communion, baptisms, and prayer.
- Provide pastoral care: counseling, visitation, weddings, funerals.
- Oversee ministries and church business with the Board of Trustees.
- Encourage evangelism, discipleship, and community engagement.
- Support staff, volunteers, and missionaries.
Candidate Profile
- Born-again believer who has received the baptism of the Holy Spirit (Acts)
- Baptized in the name of Jesus (Acts)
- Spiritually mature, prayerful, and sensitive to the Holy Spirit.
- Committed to Scripture as the infallible Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16).
- Meets biblical qualifications of leadership (1 Timothy 3, Titus 1, 1 Peter 5).
- Humble, organized, fiscally responsible, and effective in communication.
- Able to disciple across generations and foster church growth.
- Ministry experience required; Bible college training preferred.
