Next Gen Pastor (Full-Time)
Location: Cornerstone Family Worship, Tonganoxie, KS
We are a growing church of 300+ seeking a Next Gen Pastor to oversee ministry from
infants through high school. This full-time role leads Sunday children’s ministries
(Nursery–Middle School) and Wednesday evening Youth Group. With dozens of
volunteers already serving, we need a leader who can equip teams, disciple
students, and partner with parents in raising the next generation to follow Christ.
What You’ll Do:

 Lead and grow children’s and youth ministries (Nursery through High
School)
 Oversee Sunday morning programs and Wednesday Youth Group
 Recruit, train, and encourage volunteers
 Build relationships with kids, teens, and families
 Create engaging, Christ-centered environments for all age groups

What We’re Looking For:

 A passionate Christ-follower with a clear calling to Next Gen ministry
 Experience in children’s or youth ministry preferred (mentorship available
for the right candidate)
 Strong leadership and communication skills
 Ability to equip volunteers and connect with families
Compensation: Full-time salary with benefits, based on experience.
