learn2thrive is a boutique mental health practice located in Cincinnati, OH. We provide therapy, life coaching, and consultation to individuals, couples, families and groups. We offer customized educational presentations and consultations to organizations and groups on a variety of mental health issues. We want to promote emotional well-being in all arenas so that individuals, families, organizations, and communities can learn2thrive.

We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who is energetic, dynamic, knowledgeable, and a positive team player with at least two years of clinical experience to join our growing private practice. This is ideal for licensed professionals or postdoctoral fellows who would like to be part of a growing private practice within a supportive environment.  Our practice has an emphasis in psychodynamic and attachment theory and we are willing to pay for extra training in this area if needed.  Our client population includes: children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups.


  • Provide Individual or couples and family psychotherapy
  • Administer and interpret psychological tests and measurements
  • Provide recommendations about courses of treatment and diagnosis
  • Guide patients through treatment regimens like behavior modification, psychotherapy, and group therapy
  • Respond to crises with appropriate interventions
  • Prepare and modify treatment plans based on changing circumstances
  • Participate in team meetings and/or group supervision
  • Provide psycho-education through trainings or workshops if needed


  • Current OH license in good standing required
  • Completed PsyD or PhD degree in an accredited clinical, counseling, or health psychology doctoral program
  • 2+ years of post-doctoral experience in the clinical field
  • Work experience providing empirically validated psychotherapy and psychoeducation to patients
  • Strong ability to personally relate one-on-one with each client and build solid relationships
  • Team Player; must be able to work collaboratively within a team
  • Serves as a positive role model for the profession and other staff, consistently fostering a solution oriented approach and commitment to continual learning and development
