Description :

We are searching for an individual to support the campus in a variety of areas to include Communications, Finance, Facilities and general Administrative areas.  This position will also have responsibilities in the Family Matters – Kids area.    This is a 20 hour per week position with paid holidays and paid vacation.  The position will have weekend responsibilities.  Please see detailed notes below.

Campus Coordinator General Responsibilities (details):

Campus Pastor Assistance –  partner with the Campus Pastor to create agendas for meetings, record meeting notes and distribute as directed; Prepare and distribute THINK database reports as requested.

General Administrative Support – Maintain office supplies and submit order when needed; Reconcile Master Card (due on the 1st) expenses and submit to Finance; Input information into THINK database as assigned.

Facilities – Schedule rooms as assigned; For North Way Next activity – Schedule room, Order food, Set up and tear down the Potomac Room; Coordinate with Campus Director to create Mag Lock door schedule; Oversee room reservations according to Dormont Campus facilities policy.

Events – Plan regular volunteer and family events at direction of Campus Pastor (Summer Play Dates, Volunteer Appreciation, etc.); Plan 2-3 Live it Out opportunities for kids and families to serve together; Plan and execute Foster Love Project Drive – Christmas time; Campus holiday planning to include special programming and volunteer needs (Easter, Good Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas, Day, etc.)  Coordinate with Campus Director to provide marketing for such things as: Lobby posters, Seasonal drives, Pregnancy Center Diaper Drives, Foster Love Project, Warm Coat New Toy.

Communications – Create notes and submit to Marketing as appropriate; Compile, create and distribute e-newsletter for Campus; Review website for accuracy and communicate changes to Marketing; Schedule Social Media content.

Childcare – Recruit, train, and communicate regularly with campus Child Care team; Supervise the campus Child Care Team; Work with small group leaders and campus staff to determine monthly child care needs; Schedule appropriate number of Child Care Workers; Communicate with leader to determine when volunteers are needed; Handle money and deposits as needed; Maintain Childcare Binder with policies, sign in sheets, and schedules.

Weekend Experience – In the Family Matters area:  Work with Central Communications area on all printing/marketing needs (Parent Cue Cards, posters, check-in sheets, etc. printed and displayed for each new month in Pre-K and Elem); Maintain updated Family Welcome brochures and volunteer serving information; Update white boards with themes and bottom lines; Manage the Check-In Desks by providing volunteer schedule for each week; ensure printers are ready and supplies available; Ensure adequate supply of new family gift bags; “Own” at least one weekend of Kids Church Weekend experience per month; Assist in Kids Church Weekend Experience by filling gaps as needed.

Serving Connect – Prepare volunteer booklets and materials; Recruit volunteers to host tables; Put together new family gift bags.

Child Dedication – Oversee Child Dedication process; Prepare materials, including requesting printed materials, images, and slides; Purchase books for gifts; Complete follow up, including input into THINK database.

Kids GiG (Summer vacation Bible School)- Provide administrative support for Kids GiG and other responsibilities as assigned.
